The Change Book provides a practical collection of tips and advice for anyone dealing with or managing organizational change. You will learn about change management, how to plan for change, how to create a communication strategy, and more. While not a comprehensive guide to leading change, this concise book contains an array of useful insights for change managers and is a great resource for people new to the concept or change. Authors: Tricia Emerson and Mary Stewart

Consulting on the Inside, 2nd Edition is a hands-on, practical guide for individuals who live and work as internal consultants to organizations. While these professionals must provide most of the services and duties expected of external consultants—objective, unfiltered advice and recommendations, for example—internal consultants are employed by their client organizations. This book is a complete resource for all experience levels of internal consultants. This book will help internal consultants understand their role within an organization, develop strategies and techniques to work effectively with management, HR, and other employees, move past roadblocks and deal with difficult clients, and “market” internal consulting services to the organization.   Authors: Beverly Scott and B. Kim Barnes
